Elegant Coach mini van services are provided with late model vehicles, trained staff and constant dispatch monitoring. Safe and clean air conditioned units are utilized for all local and long-distance services at a reasonable cost.

Our drivers will be your attendant throughout your appointment, if requested. We will not leave you at the curb should you require assistance into your medical facility or other necessary appointments. Senior services with our driver / attendant programs are also regularly provided, please call for more details.

All of our driver staff is trained to provide the utmost in customer care with on time and reliable service. Sensitivity training is provided to all staff to ensure the utmost in conscientious care, all of which sets us above other forms of ambulatory service providers.

Within our primary service areas, we provide our own units and professionally trained staff to most Southeastern Michigan and the metropolitan areas. If your transportation need is across town or across the state, we conscientiously provide reliable, safe and on time services to our clients every day.

Our Dispatch center remains in constant contact with all units during service and we coordinate all transports with computerized mapping and hands on management.

Elegant Coach will customize a transportation program to meet the needs of our clients, organizations, hospitals, nursing facilities, medical groups, insurance companies, and worker's compensation.

Reservations
Reservation hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We would need a minimum of a 24-hour notice. No more waiting on buses, or taxicabs. Our "Door-to-Door" service includes, meeting you at your home or location, escorting you to the vehicle and to your destination.
